Yes, all team members are covered under our commercial liability insurance. We take property care seriously and will always communicate openly if anything unexpected occurs during a clean.
We accept e-transfer and major credit cards. Payment is processed after the service is completed, not before. For recurring clients, we typically invoice at the end of each month.
Life happens — we understand. We ask for 24 hours' notice to rearrange, which gives us time to adjust the schedule without disruption. For urgent situations, call us and we'll do our best to find a solution.
